Benjamin Russell joined Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner as a trial attorney in March 2011. He, like the rest of the Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner team is dedicated to fighting for the rights of the injured in Southwest Florida. Prior to that, Benjamin was an Assistant State Attorney in Miami and has been admitted to practice law in all the state courts of Florida, Massachusetts, and Mississippi. He is originally from Mississippi and comes from a long line of attorneys including his father, two uncles, and two cousins. He studied engineering at the University of Mississippi before graduating Cum Laude from University of Miami School of Law. Benjamin met his wife, Jaime, in Spain and they have two daughters together.
