$5 Million: Recovered in March 2008 for a 25-year-old man who sustained serious, life-altering injuries, including partial paralysis, after his motorcycle slid beneath a truck that pulled in front of him as it exited a home improvement warehouse on Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral.
$5.2 Million: Recovered in January 2008 for a 49-year-old client who had his leg partially amputated after his motorcycle was struck by a Lincoln Town Car that failed to yield at the C.R. 865 and Valley Drive intersection in Bonita Springs.
$1 million: Recovered in March 2008 for client, who was killed, and her husband, who was injured, after pulling to the side of the Interstate with a flat tire and being struck by a passing semi.
$805,000: Recovered in January 2008 for 44-year-old woman who was seriously injured after being rear-ended by a commercial truck while stopped at the intersection of Daniels Parkway and Plantation Road, causing her vehicle to crash into nearly a dozen other cars stopped at the intersection.
$750,000: Recovered for client in March 2008 after 60-year-old client was injured after church when a chair collapsed on her in the reception hall. Client required back surgery and suffered pain in her lower extremities.
$500,000: Recovered in February 2008 for a 69-year-old client who slipped and fell in the lobby of a local movie theatre. Client suffered a fractured hip that required surgery.

$187,500: Recovered for client in Feb. 2008. The 45-year-old man suffered back, knee and shoulder pain after being rear-ended while stopped at the Summerlin and Cypress Lake Dr. intersection.
$102,000: Recovered in January 2008 for a 50-year-old client and his wife, who were riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle on Island Park Road, when two dogs ran into the street, causing them to crash.
$145,000: Recovered for client in Feb. 2008 after client was rear-ended while slowing for traffic.
$150,000: Recovered in January 2008 for 55-year-old client whose vehicle was struck by a rental car making a U-turn in Cape Coral.
