     David Nuttleman brings 40 years of legal experience to Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Personal Injury Lawyers, where he concentrates on the firm's Social Security Disability cases.

     Born in Seward, Nebraska, Mr. Nuttleman was admitted to the practice of law before the Supreme Court of Nebraska and before the U.S. District Court of Nebraska in June 1969. He was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit in 1976. Nuttleman was admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme court in October of 1990 and in 1992 was admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

     Attorney Nuttleman practices in the areas of Personal Injury and Social Security Disability with a primary emphasis on seeking justice for those injured on the job.

     Mr. Nuttleman earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska in 1966 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1969. He is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association.

     When not at work, Mr. Nuttleman enjoys spending time with his wife of 41 years, his two daughters and his three grandchildren.
