EXPERIENCE

   Dan Dalesandro practices exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation and represents only individuals injured by the negligence of others.

   Mr. Dalesandro is admitted to the practice of law in all state courts in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association.

   He takes a special interest in remaining on the cutting edge of personal injury law, insurance law and personal injury protection.

   Mr. Dalesandro is one of the longest-standing employees of Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, having begun his career with the firm in 1990 as an intern. After graduating from college, he spent six years as the director of marketing and client relations before resigning to attend law school in 1999.

EDUCATION

   Mr. Dalesandro graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from the College of Journalism and Communications in 1993.

   Mr. Dalesandro graduated Cum Laude from the Florida State University College of Law in 2001.

   While in law school, Mr. Dalesandro was a member of the Order of the Barristers. He was honored as finalist in the FSU Moot Court Team Final Four Competition; took First Place and Best Brief at the Florida Bar Robert Orseck Moot Court Competition; and was a Semi-Finalist at the New York Law School Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. He was also a member of the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.

PERSONAL

   Attorney Dalesandro was born in 1971 in Cleveland, Ohio but was raised and educated in Southwest Florida. He is a 1989 graduate of Mariner High School. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
