Thank you for your interest in an associate position at Associates and Bruce L Scheiner, Personal Injury Lawyers, P.A. Our firm has been in the forefront of personal injury practice in Southwest Florida for nearly a decade. Today, as the largest firm in Southwest Florida to practice exclusively personal injury cases, we handle hundreds of PI cases each year. Despite the large volume of cases which our office handles, each case receives the personalized attention which it deserves. To accomplish this end, we have implemented a team approach to the handling of every case. In this manner,  our team of lawyers, paralegals, and support staff process each case individually. This system subsequently allows our firm to represent each client with the utmost attention and vigor, giving us the freedom to either settle a case or pursue it until a jury verdict is achieved. At Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Personal Injury Lawyers, P.A., an attorney will never be encouraged or even permitted to settle a case for a lesser value than is appropriate to compensate the client for his or her pain and suffering as a result of the accident in question.

Lawyers at Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Personal Injury Lawyers, P.A. must be committed to the principles upon which the firm was built.
These principles include, but are not limited to, hard work, attention to detail, organization, aggressive representation of the client, ethical practice of personal injury law, desire for justice, tireless representation of the client, and giving back to the community. Just as these principles have guided the staff and lawyers of Associates and Bruce L. Scheiner, Personal Injury Lawyers, P.A. for the last 30 years, we look forward to adhering to them well into the future.
