"Fort Myers, FL - The Florida Bar has announced that Randall L. Spivey became Board Certified as a civil trial attorney. According to the Bar, only an estimated three percent of all attorneys statewide are Board Certified.

Mr. Spivey practices solely in the area of personal injury. He has represented injured people in jury trials in Lee County, Collier County, Charlotte County, Sarasota County, Hendry County, Highlands County, Desoto County, and Marion County.

A graduate of the Loyola University School of Law, Mr. Spivey was a member of the Loyola Law Review and a member of Moot Court. He also received a Master of Business administration degree while at Loyola University.

A member of the Florida Bar, the Academy of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Mr. Spivey currently serves as President of the Lee County Personal Injury Lawyers Association. He also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the Middle District of Florida.
