Our on-call staff is available to
speak with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, absolutely
free. If you call us after business hours, please
use our automated messaging system. Just select
option #2 and follow the recorded instructions.
Our staff will be paged immediately and will call
you back within 30 minutes. Please be patient. It
usually takes a few minutes for the page to go through
and for our staff to respond.
No
Recovery, No Fee or Costs
If
you decide to hire our firm, you will pay no attorney's
fee or costs unless we get you a settlement. This
is known as a contingent fee, meaning if no money
is recovered, then no fees or costs are charged for
our legal services. If we settle your case before
filing a law suit against the defendant, our attorney's
fee is the customary 33-1/3% of the settlement. If
after filing suit we settle your case, either in or
out of court, or if a jury awards you a verdict, then
our attorney's fee is 40% of the gross settlement.
If we get you a settlement or verdict, we
are entitled to be reimbursed for the costs we advanced
on your behalf.
